Kimberly Shaw The Closer

Kimberly Shaw is a native of Charleston, SC and a mother of 2 amazing boys with Autism and other special needs that keep her on her toes.  

She is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication. She has been writing poetry for almost three decades and enjoys the craft heavily.

She has performed some of her work on Write About Now’s virtual open mic stage,  The Word is Write, MindWell Poetry, and several others.
